The Human Touch in the Age of AI

LTW

Four months ago, our founder Eleni Lialiamou stood on the EQL:HER stage at London Tech Week and shared a core belief: AI tools aren’t here to replace us; they’re our sparring partners. In this new era of innovation, the true advantage doesn’t come from the technology itself, but from the human skills we bring to the table.

AI is rapidly changing how we work, but it’s our uniquely human capabilities—like empathy, critical thinking, and the ability to frame complex problems—that will always be the driving force behind meaningful innovation.

Since that event, it’s been incredible to see this philosophy come to life. The amazing women who attended her talk have since joined our hands-on training program, “Accelerate Innovation with AI.” We’ve been working with them to use a human-centered approach alongside the latest AI tools, and the results are already inspiring.

In just a short time, they’ve used this powerful combination to:

  • Uncover real needs by conducting in-depth discovery interviews.
  • Quickly bring ideas to life through rapid prototyping with tools like Notably, Lovable, and Uizard by Miro Labs.
  • Begin building their early-stage Minimum Viable Products (MVPs).

Eleni can’t wait to see the final products they’ve developed at our upcoming graduation event, which we’re hosting in partnership with Aria Hotels.

A huge thank you to Amber Preston for her partnership in making the London Tech Week workshop a reality.

At Kimolian Academy, we believe that the future of innovation is a partnership between human creativity and technological power. It’s about empowering people with the right skills to lead the way.
