Data Protection Complaints

We take data protection seriously. If you believe we've mishandled your personal information or breached your rights under UK GDPR, you can raise a complaint with us directly.
How to complain
Email [email protected] with:
- your name and preferred contact method;
- a description of what happened and when;
- the outcome you're looking for (e.g. correction, deletion, explanation).

What happens next
- Acknowledgement — we'll confirm receipt within 30 days (usually within 5 working days).
- Investigation — we'll look into your complaint without undue delay, speaking to the relevant people and reviewing the personal data we hold.
- Updates — we'll keep you informed on progress and timeframes.
- Outcome — we'll write to you with the result and any actions we've taken.
We have cover arrangements in place so that complaints aren't missed during staff absences.
